Solitude $ Self love

Isn't it strange that we take several time numerous affirmation to love ourselves and keep our choices at priority but still couldn't keep up with that. We find it hard to love ourselves but why does it happen? Why its hard to love oneself.

To love yourself you have to agree on some reasons in your heart. If you will not love the person you are and won't appreciate it then how will others love and appreciate you. what you want from others is what you need to provide to yourself. That's a biggest strata to love yourself. 

Know who you are. Admire yourself. Try to change what you don't like in yourself. make yourself the best version of you.

And then only you will start loving yourself. 

LOVE YOURSELF FIRST!
